Once your online transaction has been completed your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. The goods will be prepared for delivery and shipped
within 24 hours, with the exception of orders placed at the weekend or bank holidays which will be shipped the next working day. Please allow 5 working
days for delivery; in most instances it will be less. Goods lost or damaged in transit are fully insured by our shippers. If your parcel hasn't arrived

If, for some reason your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements.

UK orders will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st class signed for registered post. International orders will be shipped using Royal Mail International signed
for registered post. Tracking numbers for all orders are available on request.
Prints are shipped using heavy duty cardboard tubes and we endeavour to make sure that artwork is packaged securely so it will not be damaged in transit.
We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty, in which case we are happy to offer a full refund upon receipt of the item. We will refund any
faulty purchases within 14 working days from receipt. To return a faulty item please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
All faulty returns must be sent back via registered mail to -
